However, it is more than just choosing the right frameworks, and the right technology stacks. It's also about the organisation, it's culture and it's people. Studying Organisational Behaviour (a mix of Sociology and Human Resource Management), I have come to appreciate the many interwoven dynamics between individual, team and organisation - in particular how they impact the development and sustainability of cyber programs and ICT risk. I believe I can provide some good assistance to organisations who need any of the following services:

• New CISO: A coach in your corner for a new CISO, to assist with rounding out strategy and program development skills, business security architecture and gap assessments.
• Interim CISO: An organisation who wants to find their new CISO and would prefer to use the services of someone who is experienced in the role, to find the right candidate.
• vCISO: An organisation who can't afford a full time CISO, but would like someone to assist them on their security program journey;
• CISO assistance: For an experience CISO who is overloaded and just needs an augment, or some temporary help to keep on track and/or help with a particular problem or resourcing
• Cyber Program Development and/or Delivery: Assistance with an existing cyber program, portfolio or projects, or the development of a new or refresh cyber program.
• Audit & Assurance: Independent Information Technology Governance and Cyber Audit, as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Cybersecurity Program Auditor (ISACA) and ISO27001 Lead Auditor & Implementer. 
• Board Positions: Open to various board or committee positions to assist with IT Governance and ICT risk experience diversity on a board. MBA, Master of Cybersecurity and MAICD.

For boards who are engaging their cyber or IT leadership and want an objective review of cyber programs, I can provide assistance in cyber program due diligence across the end to end lifecycle of a cyber program (new, in-progress, distressed and validating retiring programs) 

Having worked in nimble, digitally native AND large, complex organisations of millions and billions of annual turn over, across with multiple business units, multiple geographies, and different stages of digital transformation, I can help with small or large parts of the security uplift.
